The city’s parks, recreation and culture department is leaving it up to the public to determine the cover for its fall/winter activity guide.
Following a request for photo submissions depicting Nanaimo lifestyle, 32 submissions were sent in as cover candidates.
Those submissions were narrowed down to three images and people can vote for the one they would like to see grace the front page of the guide.
The three images have been loaded onto the city’s facebook page at cnan.ca/kLWucq and people will be invited to ‘like’ their favourite image.
On June 30, the image with the most ‘likes’ will be named the winner.
The fall/winter activity guide will be distributed to homes Aug. 16 with program registration beginning Aug. 17.
