Neck Point Park is the site of a party and pet parade that has gone to the dogs.
The eighth annual Cavalier King Charles spaniel dog walk takes place Saturday, (Sept. 8) at Finn Beach in Neck Point Park.
Registration and social activities begin at 11:30 a.m. with the traditional Parade of Cavaliers through the park starting at 1 p.m.
