From a bookmobile service in the 1930s to competing in today’s technological world, the Nanoose Library Centre has a long history of volunteer-run libraries.
Those volunteers are busy these days, sorting donated books for Saturday’s (March 24) annual Giant Book Sale from 1-4 p.m.
