The first-ever Nanaimo Family Fun Day livened up Maffeo Sutton Park on the last weekend before back-to-school.
The event, hosted by the Rotary Club of Nanaimo North, was held Sunday, Sept. 1, and included music and other entertainment, bouncy castles and other children's activities, food trucks, a corn roast, a best-dressed pet contest and more.
