The team at Adia Salon in Longwood Station is hosting a fundraiser for Island Crisis Care Society on March 1.
Owner Nadia Barkema decided to host the fundraiser after learning about the programs and services the society provides, such as providing emergency housing and support to people who are experiencing crisis and homelessness.
All proceeds collected during the day will be donated to the society. Services include haircuts, scalp massages, shampoo, blow-dry, and styling, special occasion styling/ updos, and deep conditioning treatments.

Booking in advance is recommended, but walk-ins will also be welcome based on stylist availability.
