With a focus on fathers and families, Nanaimo Men’s Resource Centre is hosting an open house highlighting available programs and services.
“The men’s centre needs to spread the message of fathers and their families today,” said Frank Brown, chairman of the centre’s board of directors. “There are a lot of misconceptions on how fathers and men should fit into families in society.”
The open house takes place Jan. 11 from 2-4 p.m. at 418D Fitzwilliam St., on the bottom floor of the Zorkin Building.
