Nanaimo fans of Prince William and Kate Middleton can put on their fancy hats and gloves, and have their tea drinking pinkies ready to celebrate the royal wedding on Friday (April 29).
The Grand Hotel brings the pomp and circumstance of the wedding to its dining room with a traditional afternoon tea served at 1 p.m.
Wedding watchers will enjoy all the highlights of the wedding on a big screen and a special Buckingham Palace tea brought in for the event.
Tea, traditional scones, fresh Devonshire cream, pastries, sandwiches and a beautiful wedding atmosphere will help celebrate this special day.
It’s a great way to enjoy the wedding without the jet lag or the lack of a personal wedding invitation from William and Kate.
