On June 19, Winston Michell golfed for 15 hours and 180 holes at Cottonwood Golf Course to raise awareness and money for ALS, while a day earlier at Fairwinds Golf Course, Brett Standerwick did the same, completing 200 holes in total.
So far, $3,000 has been raised for the PGA of B.C. Golf-athon for ALS.
The ALS Society of B.C. provides support services to patients and research to find a cure.
