The cost of a Slurpee is on 7-Eleven Monday (July 11) as the company celebrates its 42nd anniversary in Canada and the 84th year since the first store open in the U.S.
Every 7-Eleven store will be will be handing out 1,000 free 7.11 ounce Slurpee drinks, which means 5,000 free Slurpee drinks are up for grabs in Nanaimo.
Nanaimo 7-Eleven stores are at 1602 Bowen Rd., 2875 Departure Bay Rd., 477 North Terminal Ave., 506 Fifth St. and 6201 Blueback Rd.
