A retired Nanaimo businessman is on the Kidney Foundation of Canada, B.C. Branch’s executive.
Ron Walker, a former financial analyst, will serve as secretary/vice-president for the organization this year.
Walker is also acting president for the Nanaimo chapter of the foundation.
