Nanaimo North Town Centre is firing up the grill in support of the Cops for Cancer Tour de Rock. The mall is hosting a series of fundraisers – until October when the tour stops in Nanaimo – beginning Friday (July 15) with a barbecue by donation from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Nanaimo Tour de Rock riders Chris Bush and Sandi Holman will be on hand and the Canadian Cancer Society will have a display set up selling Tour de Rock merchandise and educating the public about the Vancouver Island ride.
