Nanaimo Disability Resource Centre is advocating a change to the new ‘accessible icon’ in B.C.
On March 21st, the City of Nanaimo officially adopted the new icon and the organization is hoping the rest of B.C. will follow our example.
The change to Nanaimo’s street signs is a continuing process as the old ones wear out and are replaced by the new icon.
