Counselling centre offers free seminars

NANAIMO – Life and relationships first topic of discussion in series.

The non-profit Island Integrated Counselling is pleased to offer the public free seminars on Thursdays in October.

No host dinner served between 5-5:30 p.m., with hour-long presentation beginning at 6 p.m., upstairs at the Tap House pub in the old train station on Selby Street.

Tonight’s (Oct. 13) event will reveal the missing ingredient to a more satisfying life and relationships, presented by Mary Moore.

On Oct. 20, presenter Renée Bueckert, a registered rehabilitation professional who helps people achieve positive change in their lives, talks about how to turn anxiety from a problem into a resource.
