Coins and cash passed along to charity can help make for a merrier Christmas for kids in Nanaimo.

The Nanaimo News Bulletin is amplifying its Coins for Kids campaign this month, in support of the Great Nanaimo Toy Drive and BGC Canada Central Vancouver Island.

The News Bulletin’s Coins for Kids jars are found at all Nanaimo’s Quality Foods locations, John’s Bedrooms and the News Bulletin office throughout the year, but the campaign is dialled up every December.

Those wishing to support Coins for Kids can also donate online at www.nanaimofoundation.com/nanaimo-news-bulletin-coins-for-kids-fund.
