A Nanaimo auto dealership set aside $100 from every vehicle sale in December and January, and the money added up to thousands of dollars for Haven Society.

Steve Marshall Ford’s campaign that spanned the end of 2020 and the start of 2021 raised $12,600 to go to Haven Society, a non-profit organization that promotes the safety of women, children, youths, and families, as well as “the development of a respectful and healthy community,” according to a press release.

Steve Marshall Ford said in the release that it was proud to be able to present the money to Haven Society to contribute to the organization’s efforts to keep women and children free from violence.
