It’s on with the running shoes this week as we credit some of the top Nanaimo finishers at the Vancouver Sun Run and the Times Colonist 10K.
It’s that time of year, as the Nanaimo White Rapids are holding registration this weekend for the spring and summer season ahead.
Although there are still some competitions being held, another curling season is quickly nearing its end.
