Senior A Timbermen start training

The Nanaimo Coastal Windows Timbermen will pick up their sticks and start preparations for the coming season. The city’s senior A Western Lacrosse Association club opens training camp tonight (April 24) at Frank Crane Arena.

“This first week of practice, we’re probably going to be, as we usually are, at the 12-15 player range and we’ll ramp it up from there,” said Earl Nicholson, Timbermen general manager. “It’s going to be nice to get going, that’s for sure.”
