Squash tourney seeks participants

The Nanaimo Squash Club’s major annual tournament, the MNP Nanaimo Open, will bring fast-paced action to the downtown club no matter what. But the games will be even better with a few more players.

The tournament is coming up Feb. 3-6, and organizer Paul Tildsley said competitors usually come from the up and down the Island and mainland. There are A, B, C and D divisions for men and women as well as a men’s 50-plus division.

To register, visit www.nanaimosquash.com. For more on the tournament, see an upcoming issue of the News Bulletin.
