Nanaimo’s chief administrative officer should be welcomed back

I want to give words of encouragement to city manger Tracy Samra

To the editor,

Re: Issues surrounding city administrator costing taxpayers, Letters, Aug. 29.

I want to give words of encouragement to city manger Tracy Samra. This intelligent woman has taken much guff since being hired by a majority of council, unlike her predecessors who were rubber stamped into the position by those on council who wanted political favours later.

After being attacked at work and intimidated, it is time for everyone in the city to give a warm hug to Samra and tell those trying to rewrite the truth to take a hike.
