Neighbour unhappy with anti-dog city
To the Editor,
I have lived on three continents over the years and I have to say that Nanaimo, and its people, is the most dog-unfriendly place on the planet.
Sure there have been a few nice letters and the SPCA do a wonderful job, but the vitriol spewed out on your pages has been beyond belief.
Thank goodness I chose the dog-friendly village of Lantzville.
