Turn off appliances to conserve power
To the Editor,
Re: Smart meters make sense, Opinion, Aug. 13.
Can anyone, anywhere, point to where these meters have actually resulted in reduced consumption?
There is a very simple rule to conserving energy: if you aren’t using it, turn it off.
