Susan Anderson
February 11, 1947 ~ January 8, 2010
Susan passed away peacefully with her family by her side at the NRGH Palliative Care Unit. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her Susan was born and raised in Nanaimo and was proud to be a fourth generation Nanaimoite.
Susan will be lovingly remembered by her son Jim; daughter-in-law Gail; grandchildren: Austin, Hannah and Nicholas who were the highlight of her life; as well as sister-in-law Pat and her family and many other relatives. She was predeceased by her parents, Walter and Edith Work and brother Rodger.
The family would like to thank the staff on the Palliative Care unit at NRGH and the hospice volunteers for their compassionate care of Susan.
A family gathering will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Nanaimo Child Development Centre.
