Stewart Richard Springett
January 20, 1949 ~ November 25, 2011
Stewart died, suddenly, early Friday morning. He was born and raised in Nanaimo. Stewart was a bartender at the Quarterway Hotel for 1 year then moved on to bartend at the Commercial Hotel for 18 years, until it was sold.
Stewy is survived by his loving mother, Phyllis Mardon; father, Alvin Springett; sister, Beverly Springett; nieces, Autumn (Rolly) and Christina; great niece, Liberty; great nephew, Hunter, and many friends. No service by request. A gathering will be held later.
