It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Sid at his home in Nanaimo, BC. He is survived by his wife Helene (Ilene); daughters: Marlene and Lynn of Nanaimo; grandson Craig Murray (Jessica) and great-granddaughter Abigail of Dawson Creek, BC and numerous family members.
He served with the PPCLI in the Korean War and retired from the ILWU (longshoreman).
He was born and raised in Pine Falls, MB and predeceased by his parents, Stanley and Davina Brewster, brother Stan, sisters: Mabel O’Grady (Jack) and Isabel Honeyman (Pat).
No service by request. Donations may be given to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
