In loving Memory of Shaun Robert Copp
June 5, 1980 - May 4, 2007
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Shaun Robert Copp on May 4, 2007. Shaun had been fighting a fierce battle with cancer, and he never gave up hope until the very end. Those left missing him include his fiancée Mary Manhas, mother Lesley Vanderwall, father Glenn Copp, sister Sarah Schwabe (Cory), precious niece Mckenna, Dick Schwabe, Paramjit Manhas, many relatives, and great, great friends.
Shaun had many things he loved in his life including watching and playing all sports, cooking, video games, traveling, reading, and writing. He had many dreams and aspirations; wanting to be a father, become a teacher, write a book, and travel abroad. One of Shaun’s proudest accomplishments was owning his first home with Mary.
Shaun had an understanding of life that most people cannot even comprehend, and he left this life with a great curiosity of what would come next for him. He will now be an angel for all those he loved. Shaun is loved by many and his memory will live on in our hearts forever.
Shaun, may your soul rest in peace.
A graveside ceremony will be held at Cedar Valley Memorial Gardens on Saturday May 12 at 1:30 p.m. A reception and tea will follow at 2843 Holden Corso Rd., Cedar.
