REV. CLIFFORD FAWCETT

A servant of the Lord passed away into the Lord’s presence November 11, 2010. He was born in Regina, Sask, September 12, 1918. He will be missed by his loving wife of 67 years, Violet Fawcett; his daughter, Charlotte Faust (Harold); grandchildren: Clifford (Mellisa), Carolyn, Albert (Shauna); ten great grandchildren: Stephanie, Bradley, Mackenzie, Grace, Charles, Benjamin, James, Teena, Marshall and Hudson, who have been loved and blessed by their Grampa. He also leaves his sisters, Flo and Betty and nieces and nephews.

Clifford Fawcett was Pastor for forty-six years in five different churches in B.C. and nurtured thirteen others. A strong man of faith with a deep love for people was always ready to give a helping hand and comfort those who were hurting. He was not afraid to stand for what he believed. Many lives have been blessed because of his life. Thank you Dad for your example of living a rich full life of service to others.

Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: by whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. Romans 5:1 & 2.

Well done, a good and faithful servant.

Funeral, Saturday, November 20, 2010, 1 pm, Evangelistic Tabernacle, 130 Princess Avenue, Nanaimo, B.C.
