Naida Angelski
August 1917 -December 2009
Passed away peacefully at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital on December 29th after a brief illness. Naida lived a full and active life. She was an only child of immigrant parents from the Ukraine. She had a lifelong love of animals and the outdoors as a result of 30 plus years on the farm, near Kamsack, Sask.
Naida married Joseph L. Angelski in 1945. They lived in Kamsack until 1973 when they moved to Cedar to be close to their only daughter and 1st grandchild. She was active at Alanon and lots of groups including: NDP, Bowen Seniors and several square dancing clubs.
Survived by daughter, Elaine; son, Sidney (Diane); grandchildren: Jeffrey (Kelli), Chosan (Miki), Alexandra (Alvin), Myra (Dan), Rachel (Eric), Darlene (Clark), Rodney (Lisa); great grandchildren: Rose, Tescena, Hannah, Sarah, Jeremah, Kenya, Lucas, Chance, Cooper, Kisika, Erin and Sarah.
