SEYMOUR, MYRA
Passed away at home surrounded by her loving family on September 5th, 2009. Born on Galliano Island, June 6th, 1923. Age 86 years. Predeceased by her parents; Johnny and Louise Guerin, husband; Herman, daughter; Leona, son; Peter, brothers; Johnny, Bob, Phil, and Arnold Guerin, sisters; Theresa Gibbs, Rose Senior, and Eva Kinley, great-granddaughter; Angelina Seymour, great-grandsons; Greg Seymour III, and Huy u’a’lt Seymour. Survived by her loving family, sons; Herman, Greg, and Gilbert, daughter-in-laws; Gertrude, Sally, and Delia Seymour, and Harriet Frenchy. Sixteen grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren, numerous; nieces, nephews, and other close relatives. Mrs. Seymour devoted her life to her family, and was a caring and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. Her memory will be cherished in the hearts of all those lives she touched.
Funeral service was held in the Chemainus Community Centre on Wednesday, September 9th, 2009 at 10:00 a.m., followed by interment in the Kulleet Bay Cemetery, Ladysmith, BC.
