Wardill, Mavis Megan (Rudge) passed away peacefully Oc tober 21, 2002 in the Nanaimo Hospital at the age of 82 years. Born in Carolside, Alber ta on December 26, 1919, she was a long time resident of Lantzville, BC and formerly of Grande Prairie, Alberta. She was predeceased by loving husband Alan, November 16, 1989. Survived by daughters Kay, Judy and son Gary (Wanda). Grandchildren Dwain, Cheryl (Doug) Bridget (Lawrence), Wendy (Lee), Monica and Alan. Great grandchildren Kyle, Wesley, Kristi, Nichole and Travis and her many friends. No funeral service by Mavis’s request. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cancer Society.
