MARJORIE (Marge) DOROTHY LeGRAND
May 30, 1928 ~ October 25, 2010
In our deepest sadness we have to announce the sudden passing of our beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother, Marjorie Le Grand on October 25, 2010.
Marge is survived by her sister, Beatrice; son, Bill (Lori); daughters: Leanda (Ray), Laurie, Lynn and Jayme (Butch) as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Marge was predeceased by her great granddaughter, Tamara (2007).
Marge was an avid bingo player and loved going for bus rides as well as walks. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. She also enjoyed a good laugh and her last days were spent with family who will always hold her dear to their hearts.
Special thanks to the staff and nurses at the Nanaimo Travellers Lodge.
The family is hosting a celebration of Marjorie’s life on October 30th at 2:00p.m. at 577 5th St., Nanaimo. Everyone who knew and loved her is welcome.
