Marie Pauline Squires (nee Froment)
Pauline passed away peacefully after a brief battle with cancer on August 16, 2010, with her loving family by her side. She leaves behind her son, Andrew Friis (Lorianne) and their sons, Christopher and Adam (Chelsey McCabe); her daughter, Tina Leischner (Alvin) and their sons, Richard (Marie), Daniel and Jason; and two great-granddaughters, Amber and Grace; her sisters, brothers, numerous nieces, nephews, Angel and Minnie.
The family would like to thank Dr. Ehman and the nursing staff on floor one of NRGH for helping her through her last transition. She was loved very much and will be missed deeply.
A Celebration of Life will be held on September 5, 2010 at 1:00 pm at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch No 256, 1650 East Wellington Rd, Nanaimo, BC.
