Lionel, born and raised in Nanaimo, passed away peacefully at Palliative Care in NRGH on March 13/10 surrounded by his wife and kids.
He is survived by his loving wife Sara of 50 years, son Lance, daughter Karen (Doug), brother Eric, 5 grandchildren & 5 great grandchildren, nephews, nieces & cousins.
Lionel loved to hunt, fish & camp.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to NRGH or charity of your choice in Lionels name.
