CHALLIS, Leslie Ambrose
Born September 30, 1921 in Swift Current, Saskatchewan, passed away suddenly in Nanaimo, BC on January 11, 2006. He will be sadly missed by his loving family; beloved wife Mary of 59 years, daughters Lynda (Kari), Margaret Jones (Don) and Kim, brother Tom (Carole) and sister Joyce (Angus) and their families, as well as four grandchildren (David, Kelly, Katherine and Scott) and five great grandchildren. Les worked as a Professional Engineer for 30 years before retiring to Pender Island and finally Nanaimo. A private family gathering will be held on Pender Island. Flowers are respectfully declined.
