Judy was born in Victoria, B.C. April 5, 1967 and passed away on December 25, 2011 in Brooks, Alberta.
Loved by many, Judy fought a 14 year battle with cancer. She was a true fighter and amazing woman, never complaining, always had the biggest smile on her face, and as always, was a pleasure to be around.
She will be deeply and lovingly missed by her partner and soul mate, Randy Gale Brown, who was there by her side to the end.
Judy was predeceased by her father, Gordon Brown, and brother, Robert (Bob) Brown. She was truly an amazing woman and will be deeply missed by her mother, Patricia and step-father, Harry; step-mother, Judy; siblings: Kathy, Anne, John, Wesley and step-siblings: Andrea and David, as well as her many other family members and friends.
In her spare time, she would be gardening, fishing or knitting; some of the things she loved to do. She also loved helping out the community and was always putting others before herself.
Heaven awaits the joy she brings.
A Memorial Service will be held in April, in Ladysmith, BC. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
