John is pre de ceased by his moth er Lil lian Fen ney, fa ther John Re nnie and sister Lor na Scal ley of Cal i for nia. John is pre de ceased by prev i ous wife Kaye Tem ple ton who passed away in 1984. He will be deep ly missed by: wife Bea trice, son John and wife Andrea, grandchil dren: Jack, Michael and Chris ti na Lee of Peace Riv er, Al ber ta, step daugh ter Lynn Travers and husband Tim Nigh of Tor on to, On tario, sister Eve lyn Yod er of Vic tor ia and nephews. John spent 25 years with Tem ple ton Stu dios in Toronto and more re cent ly with Shak lee Ca na da Inc. John was an ac tive mem ber of Na nai mo Pow er Squa dron, and as a vol un teer, taught boat safe ty in the lo cal schools, as well as, vol un teer ing for Na nai mo Har bour Watch. John has been a res i dent of Na nai mo since 1990. A memorial serv ice will be held on Wed nes day, June 5, 2002, 2:30pm at St. An drews Church, 4235 De par ture Bay Road, Na nai mo, BC.
