With sadness we announce the passing of John Benjamin Barnhart. Ben died peacefully in his sleep at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital on May 29, 2010, surrounded by members of his family
A celebration of Dad’s life will be held on Monday, June 7, 2010 at 11:00a.m. at the Nanaimo Alliance Church, located at 1609 Meredith Road in Nanaimo, with a reception to follow.
In lieu of flowers a memorial donation to the Palliative Care unit at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
The family would like to express heartfelt thanks to all the staff at the Palliative Care Unit at NRGH for their compassion and caring. We would also like to thank Dr. Robin Love for his many years of dedicated care and concern for Dad’s welfare.
