LYCHAK, Johanna
Born 1916 in the Netherlands, passed away in the Nanaimo Regional General Hospital on September 7th, 2011. She is survived by three sons William, Ron and Johannes; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A Memorial Service for Johanna (Jane) will be held on Saturday, September 17th, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at the Salvation Army Citadel, 505-8th Street Nanaimo. Flowers are gratefully declined. Donations in memory of Jane may be made to the Salvation Army Youth Ministry Services.
