Jacobus (Jack) Bouwmeester
July 20, 1927 ~ September 9, 2010
Jack Bouwmeester at the age of 83 passed away peacefully with his family by his side in the Nanaimo Regional Hospital.
Jack was born in Velsen Holland and immigrated to Canada in 1954 with his wife and their young son Jack. They raised their family and he pursued his career as a crane operator as well as his love for boating and RVing.
He is predeceased by his wife of 54 years, Annie Justine Bouwmeester. He leaves his son:, Jack Bouwmeester and Tom Bouwmeester; daughter, Annie Wilson; 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Nanaimo Community Hospice Society.
