JADRESKO, Ivan
Passed away peacefully in the presence of his loved ones on May 20, 2010. Ivan was born January 28, 1932 in Mrljane, Croatia, and is survived by his wife of 55 years, Marija Jadresko; son, Robbie; daughters: Diana (Ante) and Nadia (Chris); grandchildren: Adriana (Domagoj), Dominik, Ive, Adam, Victoria, little Dominik; great grandchildren: Damjan and Angelina.
Known for his genuine kindness and fun loving nature, he will be missed dearly. The family would like to extend their gratitude to the many friends who have, throughout the years, shared memories with Ivan. “Pocivaj u miru Bozjem.”
Prayers will be offered at Sands Funeral Chapel, 1 Newcastle Avenue, on Friday, May 28, 2010 at 6:30 pm. Mass will be held Saturday, May 29th at 1:30 at St. Peter’s Church, Nanaimo. Reception to follow. As per Ivan’s wishes, his final resting place will be in the place of his birth. “Mrljane, Mrljane.”
