Passed away peacefully at Kiwanis Lodge at the age of 87, resting in peace at First Memorial Funeral Home Herbert was passed president of Royal Canadian Legion Branch 75, Toronto Canada. At this time I would like to thank all the staff at Kiwanis Lodge and staff on the third floor of Nanaimo Regional General Hospital for all the kindness and help that they gave him. My thanks to you all.
