It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Helen on February 28, 2007 at NRGH at the age of 87 years. Born in Holytown, Scotland on January 18th, 1920, lived in Moosejaw, Saskatchewan before moving to Nanaimo in 1964. She was predeceased by her loving husband Thomas Price (Taff) in February 1992. Helen is survived by her son David (Theresa), granddaughter Shawna, great grandson Terrance, sister Betty Legault of Kelowna, many nieces and nephews, special friends Lil Wilson, Jackie & Fred Lambert and Dorothy Gates of Nanaimo, and Fran and Art Lisk of Vancouver. No service by request. A tea will be held Saturday March 10th, 2007 at 12pm at the Buttertubs Recreation Hall.
