Born March 16, 1939 in Rutherglen, Scotland. Died peacefully on July 23, 2006 at Nanaimo Hospital after a struggle with cancer. Predeceased by her husband Walter Douglas Grierson (born October 23, 1939, Cambuslang, Scotland, Died April 11, 1999, Nanaimo, BC). Survived by son Henry of Campbell River, BC; and daughter Nancy of St. Albert, AB. Memorial Service to be held Saturday, July 29, 2006 at 2:30pm at First Memorial Funeral Services, 1720 Bowen Road, Nanaimo. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Heat & Stroke Foundation appreciation or flowers to 6292 Dover Road.
