BROWN, GEORGE
A resident of Nanaimo since 1968, passed away on Saturday,October 13th, 2007 at Nanaimo Hospital's Palliative Care Unit. After a brave fight with cancer. He was born in Paisley, Scotland on April 13th, 1939, and emigrated to Canada in 1963. He is survived by his soul mate Robina (Sharon, Rick, Debbie, Roland), brother Hugh (Shirley), sister Elizabeth, daughter June, Sons Robbie and George, nieces Claire and Erin and lots of grandchildren. Private family service, in lieu of flowers donations can be made to Nanaimo Hospice Society. Arrangements through First Memorial Funeral Services.
