Fay lived an amazing life for 96 years. She was born and raised in Brentwood Bay, lived in California and various places on Vancouver Island with the remainder of her life in Nanaimo. She leaves her brother, Richard Creed, her daughter and son-in-law, Jane and Rand Kozaki, grandsons Brian (Katrina), Mark (Lillian) and Greg (Rebecca) as well as great-grandchildren Kimiko, Kioko, Andrew and Sophia. Special thanks to her loving nieces, nephews and close friends who visited her each week, the caring staff at Malaspina Gardens and the comforting Palliative Care in Nanaimo. Services are private.
