EVELYN ADA HOPKINS

It is with great sadness, we announce the death of our loving mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. Evelyn passed away suddenly and peacefully at LaRosa Gardens where she has resided since May 2006. She was born in Ocean Falls, the eldest child of Thomas and Gladys Hamilton. Evelyn was predeceased by her parents and her loving husband Daniel Hopkins. She is survived by her loving daughter Maureen (John), son Danny (Jackie), grandson Terry (Allison and children Christopher and Desarai), granddaughter Michelle (Gary), brother Thomas (Irene), sister Bernice Farlis and many nieces and nephews. We would like to thank the staff at LaRosa Gardens for their kindness and care of our loved one. Also a special thanks to Doctor Fergus Kennedy and the staff of the Seniors Outreach. By her request, a memorial service will not be held. A celebration of her life at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke or Alzheimer's Society.
