LITTLE, Ernest (Ernie) Francis

It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of Mr. Ernest Little, our husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather who died on Sunday, December 19, 2010 in Nanaimo, B.C. A kind, proud and pragmatic patriarch of our large family, Ernie passed away, surrounded by his family, at the age of 89 years.
Ernie and his wife Eileen were blessed with a wide circle of good friends, 9 children, and many adopted children, 16 grandchildren, numerous adopted grandchildren and later 5 great grandchildren including “Little Ernie” who was born the summer of 2010.
A celebration of Ernie’s life will be held Thursday, December 30, 2010 at 2:00 pm at the Bethlehem Retreat Centre, 2371 Arbot Road, Nanaimo B.C.
The family wishes to thank Dr. Robin Love and the staff of Wexford Creek, especially the staff who were supporting Ernie and his family in the last few days of his life.
