Birth July 14 1929 - June 12 2017

Emile Aaron Septon was born July 14 1929, in the small township of Tracadie, county Antigonish, Nova Scotia. Mr. Septon was always referred to as Bud, because his younger brother Patrick had trouble saying Emile. Bud had many jobs throughout his life as seal coating, installing satellite dishes, car salesman, to name a few. His most enjoyable occupation in his life was the many years he spent serving in the Royal Canadian Horse Artillery (RCHA); where Bud made it to the rank of Sargent. He had always many stories to tell reflecting the many medals he wore on his chest; including his time in the Merchant Navy in WW2. In his later years he enjoyed spending his time making it through the ranks of the Masonic Lodge, and the Shrine. Bud Also enjoyed his many, and very lively years with the Nanaimo Scottish Pipes and Drums. Bud will be survived by his children Wayne, Patrick, Rose, Tom, Vanessa, his wife Sangwan, and adopted daughter Wanna. Lest We Forget. Celebration of life will be held at Branch 10 Legion Nanaimo, on June 26, 3:00pm
