MILLER, Elizabeth Magdaline (nee Seufert)


Passed away in Nanaimo, BC on December 08, 2006. Born in St. Benedict, Saskatchewan, October 18, 1913. Liz was predeceased by her husband Herman in 1970, daughter Celine Manson in 1981, youngest son Gregory Miller in 2005, and great-great-grand-daughter Danielle in 2001 also by 4 sisters and 4 brothers. Survived by daughters: Caroline (Norman) Keller of Nanaimo, Diane Scott of Kelowna, Adele Miller of Victoria, Arlene (Rick) Borelli of Nanaimo, son Germain (Linda) Miller of Spruce Grove, AB., sister Katherine Erickson of Duncan, and brother Bernard Seufert of Hastings, Ont., 22 grandchil-dren, 14 great-grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. Herman and Elizabeth and their six children moved from Middle Lake, Sask. to Oliver, BC in 1949 where their youngest son was born in 1958. In 1971 as a widow she moved to Nanaimo where she has since resided. the family wish to thank the staff at Nanaimo Senior’s Village, where she lived in love and comfort for the last 3 years. Visitation Wednes-day, December 13, 2006 at 7:00 pm, at Telford’s Memorial Centre, 595 Townsite Rd., Nanaimo. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated in Mount St. Peter’s Catholic Church, 301 Macleary St. on Thursday, December 14, 2006 at 1:00 pm. Father Waldemar Pidlasz, SDS, Celebrant. Reception to follow, (Cremation with ash interment in Oliver, BC at a later date.) In lieu of flowers, donations to your charity of choice wold be appreciated.
