Elena Dally
A long time resident of Nanaimo, died peacefully, on March 8, 2017.
Born in Regina in 1934, Elena lived almost her entire life in BC, and raised a loving family of 3 daughters, Marilynne,
Colleen and Janice; and 2 sons, Jack and Jim. She was deeply devoted to the well-being of her 9 loving grandchildren.
Elena was predeceased by her first husband Robert in 1978 and is survived by her second husband, Michael whom she married March 21, 2007.
An enthusiastic gardener, Elena will be well remembered by many members of Bowen Seniors, hikers and bird-watchers,
the lawn-bowling Club, Aquatic Centre and various bridge groups.
A celebration of Elena’s life will be held at 1:00 pm, Sunday, April 23rd, in the Kin Hut, Activity Centre, Departure Bay.
