BOWATER, Dorothy Jean
passed away peacefully at Nanaimo Hospital December 31, 2002 at age 93 years. A lifetime resident of Nanaimo Jean was pre-deceased by her husband George (Kitch) in 1968, son Thomas in 1955 and son William in 1956. She is survived by daughters-in-law Audrey (George) Johnson and Sylvia (Pat) Littleton; grandchildren Terry Mitchell, Ed Bowater, Richard Bowater, Brett Bowater, Paul Johnson, Rhonda Johnson and Christopher Littleton; 13 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Also numerous nieces and nephews. There will be no service by her request. A Memorial Tea will be held in the Elks Hall, (corner of Townsite Rd. and Millstone) Nanaimo on Tuesday, January 7, 2003 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
